In 2016, Panteras built “Chacmol”, a robot capable of passing different kinds of barricades and able to collect and throw a ball. He competed at the Mexico City regional tournament, where he won the Finalist Alliance.
As part of our new projects, we decided to enter to F1 in Schools. Panteras Racing was our first team in this competition, they were the first mexican national champions and in the Word Finals held in Austin, Texas they received the Innovative Thinking Award, being the first and only mexican team awarded worldwide.
Besides, the team manager, Javier Miranda, was selected by Williams Martini Racing among the best 20 competitors from all the world.
